Please follow the instructions provided by your studio for what items you are required to purchase. If you have any questions about this, please use the contact details above.

What size is best for my child?

Size charts are available within each product listing to assist with finding the perfect fit.

Delivery & pickup
How are my items delivered?

All items are made to order and will be delivered directly to your studio. Your studio will notify you once your items are ready to be picked up.

Exchange and returns
What if something is wrong with my order?

All costumes are made to order and go through extensive quality checks both at Studio Emporium and by your studio on delivery. Your studio will have a 2 week exchange window following delivery, per the T&Cs. Please speak with your studio if you have any concerns about the fit of your costume.
