Business Account Terms and Conditions

Eligible Business Accounts (Studio Emporium Membership)

Business Accounts are termed as ‘Studio Emporium Memberships’.

Businesses that fall under one of these categories are eligible for Studio Emporium Membership.

Business Account approvals will include, but will not be limited to, verification of ABN, website URL, owner details, and mailing address.

Currently, Studio Emporium is only available in Australia.

Studio Emporium Membership Approvals (Business Accounts)

Verification typically occurs within seven (7) business days. Studio Emporium Memberships will be approved or rejected at the complete discretion of Studio Emporium.

Studio Emporium membership is complimentary and provides access to pricing that is exclusively available for studio owners and schools.

Studio Emporium Membership

Free membership is ongoing. Members can unsubscribe at any time (see Cancelation Policy).  

Educators of Primary School, High School and other similar institutions

For educators and coordinators in educational institutions, there are specific terms applicable to your orders.

We are happy to provide an invoice on a 7 day account. Your order will be activated once payment is received. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

All orders must be dispatched to the address of the educational institution or performance venue. If orders are directed to an individual’s address, written authorisation from the institution is required.

Orders should be submitted via your professional email address.

All orders are final (see Returns and Exchange policy). There is a 2-day grace period once an order is submitted that you may amend or cancel the order; after that, there is a reshelving fee.

Privacy Policy

All member details (including names, emails, and shipping details) will be used by Studio Emporium solely for the creation of your account and completion of your order. Studio Emporium complies with all Australian Privacy laws and regulations.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Studio Emporium adheres to the consumer guarantee
outlined by the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. For detailed information about your rights under this guarantee, please visit the official ACCC Website at http://accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees.

Return and Exchange or Credit

Authorisation of Return for Exchange or Credit

All returns and exchanges must be authorised. Returns will only be eligible for Credit or Exchange.

All authorised returns will receive an authorisation number.

Return Applications can be made by emailing costumes@studioemporium.com.au with “Return Application” as the email subject line. Please include in the body of the email the item number,
purchaser and reason for return.

On approval of a valid reason for return, you will receive further instructions to complete your return for exchange or store credit.

All costs of returns for exchange or credit are at the customer's expense. Studio Emporium is not liable for items lost in transit. Authorised returns must be signed on delivery.

Conditions

Studio Emporium reserves the right to inspect garments to determine whether the exchange and return policy conditions are met. A return will be promptly
provided if the goods arrive in the appropriate condition. The return will be disputed if the goods do not arrive in the appropriate condition and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

We do not refund shipping charges.

We do not accept returns of international orders.

For the return of Studio Emporium online purchases, regardless of whether they are a change of mind or an incorrect fit, you must meet the following return policy conditions:

The item/s must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The item/s must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and in the original saleable condition.

Garment tags must remain attached where applicable.

The product must be returned in the undamaged, original product packaging.

Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded unless Studio Emporium has determined they are faulty.

Ballet shoes will not be accepted if the drawstrings have been pulled in any way or marks are present.

For hygiene reasons, hosiery cannot be exchanged or returned.

Studio Emporium will not accept returns of items beyond the intended date of use. That is, returns will not be accepted after a concert, performance, recital, display, or event has occurred.

Studio Emporium has complete confidence in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue and suspect a manufacturing fault, please contact us directly for assistance. Our experienced team will assess your situation and offer a favourable resolution.

Credit

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns authorised for store credit (excludes exchange transactions), subject to the return item meeting the return conditions. A credit voucher will be issued less the 20% restocking fee.

Exchange

Exchanges are processed as new orders, and refunds will be
given after the returned item is received at Studio Emporium.

The exchanged items must comply with return conditions.

The item must have the return and exchange form with the approval number when sent back to Studio Emporium.

Returns for refund

A refund may be applied if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Refunds are in accordance with the conditions above, notwithstanding a customer's rights under ACL.

Occasionally there may be information on this site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Product Resale

You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site or any related software. Users may not re-sell any product sold on studioemporium.com.au on any online Marketplace including Amazon. Users may not re-sell Studio Emporium branded products on any general public online retail store OR any online Marketplace including Amazon.

Pricing Confidentiality

Studio Emporium pricing is confidential and can only be viewed by authorised individuals on Studio Emporium accounts. Studio Emporium may terminate your account if you share the account login credentials or product pricing, post confidential information on websites or social media channels, or disclose pricing to persons who are not authorised users.

Product Information

The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Please email costumes@studioemporium.com.au to finalise a closure of your account. Studio Emporium may also terminate your account at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Studio Emporium sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
